Nepal made records when it hosted The Mt. Everest Fashion Runway in January, the highest altitude of its kind at 5,340 metres close to Base Camp. One of the main motives to host the fashion event, part of the tourism board’s Visit Nepal Year 2020 campaign, is to raise awareness on climate change.
