Throughout this November and December, passengers on flights from Bangkok to European destinations will be treated with special menu prepared by Chef Akira Back from Akira Back Restaurant at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park. Chef Back, whose DOSA restaurant was awarded one star by Michelin Guide Seoul in 2017-18, meticulously generates dishes that perfectly combine eastern and western culinary out of finest ingredients. Details are as follows;

Royal First Class

  • Marinated Salmon topped with ginger diced / Sweet Basil Julienne, Fresh Beetroot Julienne and Roasted White Sesame / Sichuan Powder with Garlic Chips Gold Leaves and Sake Yuzu Soy Sauce
  • Pan-fried Lamb Chop Marinated Anticucho, Anticucho Sauce, Roasted Baby Potato With Skin and Saute Broccoli

Royal Silk Class

  • Seared tiger prawn and seared American scallop topped with nori powder served with corn gazpacho with truffle oil, roasted baby corn and microgreen
  • Braised beef cheek and braised jus served with sauté asparagus tip and mashed potato
